It's getting to be far to often that we read about this tragic circumstances at football.
25-year old Piermario Morosini died during a Serie B game on Saturday. Morosini, who was on loan from Udinese at Livorno and collapsed in the 31st minute of the game against Pescara. He suffered a cardiac arrest and was tragically dead on arrival at the hospital.
Udinese's captain Di Natale said: "When I saw the scene on the TV it was immediately clear that it was something serious. It was a very bad moment. He was an exceptional lad, so full of life. Despite all the problems he had, he was always at the disposal of the team and every day he gave us all strength."
Those problems included his mother passing away when he was 15, his father dying soon after and his disabled brother killed himself more recently. He leaves behind his disabled sister who Piermario unselfishly looked after 100% of the time.
Antonio di Natale said Serie A side Udinese will provide lifelong financial aid to the sister. She relied on Morosini for financial and emotional support since their parents died seven years ago.
