Cardiff City won promotion to the Premier League after holding Charlton to a 0-0 draw in South Wales last night. The Bluebirds Dragons will join big Welsh rivals Swansea in England's elite division meaning that the EPL now has two Welsh football teams and a third in Gareth Bale.
