The N&R Div 1 relegation battle

The relegation battle from Div 1 was a bit more of a closed shop than a battle. No less than 4 managers spent the whole of the 40 weeks in the relegation zone and frankly deserved their fate.

Some others, me included, simply once they got there could not find a way out. Only one manager was out more than he was in and was actually top of Div 1 for 6 weeks but he (and you know who you are) once again failed to build on a good start.

So, who were the 12? In fact there were 13 as two manager's tied for 23rd place and we had to separate them the fairest way.
