One of our more farcial prizes is for the manager who over 41 weeks somehow manages to the 2nd worst total. We realised that it is pretty easy to come last.... pick a useless XI in August and don't make any transfers or if one of your donkeys suddenly starts scoring, then transfer him and sign Carlton Cole.
Coming second-bottom does take a bit more skill, so in a mad ale fuelled moment we decided to offer £25 and your entry money back for the Penultimate Prize.
These were the lowest 5 N&R managers in 2010/11:
57. Hilary Flynn 999 pts
58. Richard Stirland 973 pts
59. Scott Morgan 966 pts
-------------------------------
60. Richard Nathan 844 pts
-------------------------------
61. Tony Murray 793 pts
As you can see Razor Nathan was the winner, embarrassingly also the winner of the Worst weekly score. For 25 quid the bloke has fleeced us for 55 notes. Unbelievable!
