Road to Wembley - Fleetwood Town - 10 things

Fleetwood Town play at home to Walsall in the FA Cup 1st Round proper tomorrow. Here are 10 things you never knew about the team from Lancashire and our Road to Wembley side:

1) They play home games at Highbury.
2) Capacity is only 3,363
3) Big plans are in the works for redevelopment of their 80-year old ground.
4) Fleetwood's home kit is identical to Arsenal's strangely.
5) The club's nickname is not the Gunners though, it is The Cod Army
6) Frank Swift, the ex Man City goalkeeper who died in the Munich air tragedy played for Town before he became a sports reporter and was on the fateful plane to Munich.
7) In recent years Fleetwood have quickly moved up the league pyramid system and are now in the Conference (tier 5).
8) Fleetwood's manager is Micky Mellon whose playing career took in Blackpool, West Brom, Burnley and Tranmere. He was previously Burnley's youth team coach
9) Fleetwood is a seaside resort
10) Syd Little was born there.
