The N&R FL Hall of Fame

Well last season we had our first ever double winner and then this season Ready went one better incredibly to win the treble. The special one indeed.

Ready won the N&R FL title twice before, in 2001/02 and again in 2003/04, and therefore is also the first ever manager to win the coveted N&R FL trophy three times. Well done to my old mucker Keith Read and Hannoi Utd.

This is 14 years worth of N&R Champions:
2009/10 Hannoi Utd - Keith Read
2008/09 Gooner win league - Neil Reynolds
2007/08 Tally.Wacker.co.uk - Paul Kelleher
2006/07 Savchenko Spurs - Ryan Saveall
2005/06 Ping Pong Yo-Yo - Suzie Syrett
2004/05 Ginger (not so) Athletic - Peter Doyle
2003/04 Chang Noi's Ham Yai - Keith Read
2002/03 2Infinity & Beyond - Barry Plummer
2001/02 Read 'em & weep - Keith Read
2000/01 Brighton Revenge - Jonathan Poole

1998/99 Millennium Buggers - Richard Taylor
1997/98 Flo's Champs - Godfrey, Rose
1996/97 Flo's Army - Godfrey, Rose

In the Team event, Keith and Ryan Saveall took Bluefin to their 2nd Team Challenge Trophy. In fact Ready also won it with HSBC (now Marsh) as well. No sign of Aon on there you will notice!

Bluefin became the 4th successive broker to win the title. Congratulations lads, and commiserations to Huw Thomas, who left Bluefin to join Aon at the beginning of the year. My apologies mate!
