Breaking news8888888Week 39 scoresHonest Dewbs deservedly won the week 39 MoW. Mark's Toothless Hogget's 'won' an earlier week's prize but Mark spoke up that we had calculated his score wrong and thus the MoW was taken away from him. Honest as a broker - that well known expression - comes to mind!
Mark scored 64, 6 more than a host of teams each on 58. They were Neville's Not a chance, Barry's Paris Eagles, Alex's Lovejoy Luvvies and title challengers Tanus Terriers.
Davor's W Wallace Boys a bit late in the day are putting some better form together and they got 54. Significantly on 52 was Keith's Hannoi Utd, joined by Gunner Bag it. Francey's Keep the faith scored 51 with Soozie-Sooz Sizzlers on a half century.
Other scores of note were Guinness & eggs 47, Old Bodeanians 42, St George's Rovers 41, Vodka Hooligan 33, Frank & Beans 32 and Glasgow Kiss with a miserable and perhaps season defining 19.
The week's low was Goliath's Big Brother with 7 points.
