Week 40 - Premier League results from last weekend.
Week 41 - Premier League results from the last games of the season this Sunday
Week 42 - FA Cup Final result from May 30th.
If you have any transfers, please make them - it could make all the difference. The deadline is every Tuesday at 5pm.
