N&R Team Challenge 2006 / 07

Its week 10 and time for the first N&R Team Challenge trophy update, this is a hotly contested competition with bragging rights at stake. I simply add the team members scores together and divide giving an average score. The best average score over a season wins. If a team manager leaves his or her company then their scores are wiped. There needs to be a minimum of 2 N&R managers working for the same company / group to take part.

These are the 2006 / 07 teams:
RSA - The dream team of Jenkins and Day
Aspen - James and Wizzo both new to N&R FL
AIG - The current champions with 7 players and 6 teams in the league (Higgs and Barwick co-manage).
Aon Chicago - The eclectric group of Littig, Davor, Feldbruegge and Dougal.
Aon Re - Rutters group that has nearly his whole team in the league - Francis, Byatt, McGowan, Jewelley and Graves. Almost certain to challenge.
JLT - The handsome duet of Boswell and Bird.
Willis - Kirsty and that sex-pest Kelleher.
Layton Blackham - Ready has convinced Ryan and Huw that this is much more fun than working and join him this year. Ready once won the competition whilst at HSBC.
BMS - Wenners and young buck Akshay.
Marsh - Simmons and Doyley. Winners twice and favourites to make it a third.
Ex-Pats - And why not. Lets face it we are only here chasing the American dream and their women. Mutley, Nobby, Stoutey and Bazza.

Ok, so the early leaders are Willis, fresh with Kirstie Baillie on board. She is double teaming (probably late at night in Romford) with Paul Kelleher and they have both had good starts and lead by 6 points. 2nd is BMS with Reddy showing good early promise.

In 3rd is Marsh, nicely placed ahead of Ready's Layton Blackham. 5th is London's Aon Re with Byatt and McGowan leading the way.

In 6th is new boys Aspen, a few points ahead of Aon Chicago where most surprisingly Brian Dougal is setting the standard. My Ex-Pats are back in 8th - too many late nights and lite (sic) beer.

The big surprise is to see current champs AIG in 9th. Waterman has been promoted again (fcuk knows how) but it has left a team with no regular pep talks and Francey's spreadsheet! Last and very least is JLT. No surprise there then.

The N&R Team Challenge table was attached to the week 10 scores email. Another update soon.
